Booster Sessions
Booster sessions are for alumni families of SFP. The two sessions cover both new topics
and review some of the strategies learned in SFP. Some of the things covered include:
- Picking Good Friends (youth)
- Handling Conflict (youth)
- Avoiding Arguments (parents)
- Communicating More
Effectively (parent)
- Understanding Each Others
Stress (family)
- Understanding Each Others
Points of View (family)
The format is the same as the SFP sessions. The evening starts at 5:30 with dinner.
At 6:00, parents and youth split up and meet with their peers for an hour. Then at
7:00, the groups come back together for the family session.

Family Center or to sign up for the next session

registration form and it will be sent to an
SFP Coordinator.
